6 Important Tools for Your Protection
Deposit Limit
Set the maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. If you want to increase the limit, a waiting period applies — protecting you from impulsive decisions.
Time-Out Break
If you feel you need a short break, use the time-out feature to temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to several weeks. During the break, logging in will not be possible — giving you the space to make decisions with a clear head.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a long-term break, activate self-exclusion. Once this feature is active, your account will be completely inactive and cannot be reactivated before the set period ends.
Bet Limit
Control not just deposits, but also how much you can wager in each session. Bet limits protect you from the risk of large losses and allow you to play in a planned way.
Session Time Limit
Set a maximum time for each gaming session. When the set time is up, the platform will automatically notify you. This reminder keeps you aware of how long you have been playing.
Age Verification (21+)
8b77 strictly prohibits anyone under 21 from opening an account. Age is verified at registration. Protecting minors from online gaming is our responsibility.
Warning Signs of Problematic Gaming
If you or someone you know shows any of the following signs, seek help promptly:
- Feeling the urge to keep playing in order to recover lost money
- Lying or hiding gaming activity from family or friends
- Spending beyond your means
- Repeatedly trying to stop playing but failing
- Unable to focus on daily tasks, studies, or work
- Feeling restless, irritable, or depressed when unable to play
- Prioritising gaming over other pleasures in life
The Golden Rules of Safe Gaming
Follow these simple principles to keep gaming fun at all times:
Set a Budget First
Decide how much you will spend before you start playing. Never go beyond that budget — this is the most important rule.
Be Prepared to Lose
Winning and losing are both part of every game. If you lose, do not place bet after bet trying to win back what you lost.
Treat It as Entertainment
Do not think of gaming as a source of income. It is leisure-time entertainment — just like watching a film or playing cricket with friends.
Learn More About Responsible Gaming
Why is responsible gaming important?
When online gaming gets out of control, it can lead to financial problems, family tensions, and mental stress. 8b77 believes that both the platform and its users must play a conscious role in ensuring a healthy gaming experience. That is why we do not just provide the opportunity to play — we also put safety measures in place.
How does a deposit limit help?
The deposit limit at 8b77 protects you from the risk of overspending. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits separately. The minimum deposit is ৳500 — keep this in mind when planning your budget. Remember, lowering a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a waiting period.
The self-exclusion process
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, self-exclusion is an effective solution. Once this feature is activated, your 8b77 account will be completely disabled for the set period. During the exclusion period, do not try to create a new account — that would be going against your own best interests. Contact our live chat for support.
Protection of minors
All gaming at 8b77 is for ages 21 and above only. If there are minors in your home, enable parental controls on your device and keep your account password private. Stay alert to ensure children cannot access online gaming platforms.
When should you seek help?
If any of the warning signs mentioned above apply to you, do not delay — get help. The 8b77 support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
